Credit Card payments are collected by Trekksoft AG acting as an authorised agent of Ian Sumpter. Subsequently, Trekksoft AG will appear as THE ROGUE HISTORIANS on your credit card statement.

The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TrekkSoft AG.

Terms & Conditions

Prices listed under group tour on www.theroguehistorians.com are per person and do not include entrance fees.

Vouchers must be printed and provided to tour leader as proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel any  group tour with two or fewer participants.

 

Amendments, Cancellations and Refunds

All amendments to tours must be made in writing to info@theroguehistorians.com , verbal agreements will may not be honoured.

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance an will be refunded 95% .

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will be charged 50%.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advanced will be charged in full.

There are no refunds for missed tours for any reason. Based on availability, we may be able to reschedule your tour or move you to another tour.

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances will The Rogue Historians be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of www.theroguehistorians.com regardless of the form of action.

The Rogue Historians accepts no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control. This is not limited to, but may include, a) the closure of venues which The Rogue Historians visits, where and when the closure of that venue is out of the control of The Rogue Historians or where Rogue Historians is not notified by the Venue with ample time to notify the clients, which may be due to inclement weather, manifestations and protests or simply the last-minute decision of the venue. b) the inability of our tour to access certain monuments/areas and/or venues due to restrictions caused by excessive traffic, inclement weather, manifestations and protests or due to that area being restored/under construction or covered/obstructed from public view.
